About Softball
Brimfield Recreation Softball is proud to be part of the USA Softball program along with the South County Softball League. SCSL is made up of around 14 neighboring towns allowing for the ability to schedule games with towns and teams of all levels of play. Athletes in preschool and kindergarten will start off playing TeeBall with our baseball program and then can move into USA Softball at the 8U or 'coach pitch' level. Brimfield Recreation Softball strives to teach youth players the fundamentals of the sport while keeping it fun for all. As our players move up in the sport it will become a little more competitive and more rigorous but at the heart of it all, we want to see our players enjoying the sport and being part of a team.

South County Softball League
Brimfield Softball competes in the SCSL alongside other regional towns, giving players a structured, competitive league experience with consistent scheduling and standings all spring long.

Brimfield Elementary Fields
Home games and all practices are held at the Brimfield Elementary School fields, keeping the program rooted in the community and accessible for every family.

Built to Develop Players
From the first ground ball in preschool to leading the infield as an eighth grader, our coaches focus on building real skills — hitting, fielding, pitching, and the mental side of the game.
Schedule & Registration
Spring season registration opens February 1st and closes March 15th. Game schedules are set through the Quaboag Valley Softball League and posted on Sports Connect once finalized. Practice schedules are distributed by coaches at the start of the season.
